How does it work?
a. Just by visiting this page we added you to an exclusion list to make sure our ads are not being displayed to you. No extra steps are needed.
b. If you still seeing our ads within 72 hours, please email us at privacy@genly.com.
In addition, to remove yourself from seeing ads from a specific advertiser on Facebook, you can also do the following:
To hide a Facebook ad:
- Click
on the top right corner of the ad. - Choose Hide ad.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
To hide all Facebook ads from this advertiser:
- Click on the top right corner of the ad and choose Why am I seeing this?
- From the Options dropdown menu, select Hide all ads from this advertiser. Follow the on-screen instructions.
